This article is an in-depth guide to the pages on your site, including image dimensions and other helpful tips to support your design process!

Landing Page

Institution Logo (top left corner)

File type: EPS, Ai, SVG, or PDF

Considerations: 1+ regular and horizontal logo are desired.

Hero Background Image (center)

1400px by 940px minimum

File type: JPG

Considerations: The site is mobile-responsive, so images may adjust based on viewing window width.

Main Giving Day Logo (center of background image)

File type: EPS, Ai, SVG, or PDF

Considerations: 1+ regular and horizontal logo are desired.

Feature Image (circular image)

700px by 700px minimum

File type: JPG

Considerations: Photo will be cropped in a circle.

Profile Tile Logos*

Considerations: Automatically pulled in from fund’s profile logo.

*May not be available with all contracts

Leaderboard Background Image (behind leaderboard)

Considerations: Same photo that will appear on individual Leaderboard page.

Search Page

Considerations: The site is mobile-responsive, so images may adjust based on viewing window width.

Considerations: Text descriptor can contain up to 75 characters.

Considerations: Text can be customized through a WYSIWYG formatting editor or with HTML.

Fundraising Campaigns (support areas)

Icon Images: 1200px by 800px (5MB max)

Considerations: Up to 3 campaigns show at a time with a link to “See More”.

Considerations: 5MB max; The site is mobile-responsive, so images may adjust based on viewing window width.

Considerations: Will automatically pull in logo used for parent profile.

Considerations: 5MB max; Text descriptor can contain up to 75 characters.

Fundraiser/Ambassador Search Page

Ambassador Header Image

1500px by 500px

Ambassador Logos

Will automatically pull in from the specific group fundraiser is signed up to support.

Considerations: If using Free Agent Fundraisers, the logo will automatically be pulled in from main Giving Day logo.

Fundraiser/Ambassador Profile Page (Free Agent)

Cover Photo

1500px by 500px

File type: JPG, JPEG, or PNG

Considerations: A universal cover photo is managed through the Partner Dashboard and will be applied to all Free Agent Fundraiser profiles.

Profile Logo

Considerations: Will automatically pull in logo used for the Giving Day.

Story Image

1200px by 800px

File type: JPG, JPEG, or PNG

Video

Considerations: Must be a YouTube or Vimeo link; Will replace a story image.

Considerations: Text can be customized through a WYSIWYG formatting editor or with HTML.

Considerations: Will automatically pull in cover photo used for the designated fund area.

Considerations: Will automatically pull in logo used for the designated fund area.

Leaderboards Page

Leaderboard Header Image

Considerations: This is the same image that appears on the main landing page as the leaderboard section background. The site is mobile-responsive, so images may adjust based on viewing window width.

Prizes/Challenges Page

Prize Titles

Considerations: The ribbon icon will always appear to the left of the prize title.

Prize Icons*

300px by 300px (5MB max)

File type: JPG, JPEG, or PNG

Prize Descriptive Text

Description allows for plain text only

Considerations: Can include a sponsor name and URL link, if desired.

*Note: Order of prizes can be arranged through the Partner Dashboard using up/down directional arrows.

*Note: Prizes can be highlighted. Highlighted prizes will also appear in the prize partial on the landing page and move to the top of the Prizes page, regardless of order within the overall list of prizes.

Donation Matches and Challenges Page

Match/Challenge Image

Icon Images: 1200px by 800px (5MB max)

File type: JPG, JPEG, or PNG

Considerations: Optional

Match/Challenge Title

Will always appear as “[Sponsor Name]: [Match/Challenge Title]”

Considerations: Even if there is no official sponsor, there must be text included in the sponsor field.

Donation Form: Step 1

Fund Logo

Automatically pulled in from the parent profile logo.

Configuration Options

  • Donation minimum

  • “Add a fundraiser” selection

  • “I am a new donor to this area”

  • Recurring gift

  • In honor of/in memory of someone

Donation Form: Step 2

Configuration Options

  • Payment options: Credit card, mobile wallet (Apple Pay or Google Pay), bank withdrawal (ACH/Plaid), PayPal/Venmo**

  • Require donor’s phone number?

  • If using mobile wallet, bypass address fields?

Donation Form: Step 3

Configuration Options

  • Can donors cover fees?

  • If donors cover fees, do you want them to opt in or opt out of covering fees?

Donation Survey

Optional. Can include single-select, multi-select, or open-text field questions, and can either be required or optional for donors to complete.

Donation Confirmation Page

Giving Day Logo

Automatically uses the main Giving Day logo.

Confirmation/Thank You Copy

Can be configured using the Partner Dashboard.

Considerations: Text is also included in the automated email receipt/thank you.

Each site is built using a 3-palette color template – a lead color, a support color, and a backdrop color.
