How do I customize the donation form and the donation receipt for my Giving Day?

Step 1: Navigate to your Partner Dashboard

From the Partner Dashboard, locate the 'Details' tab on the left navigation menu. Clicking on the arrow next to that tab will expand the menu, where you can select 'Payments, Donations, & Fees'.

After navigating to your Partner Dashboard, you can click the arrow next to the Details tab to expand the menu and select Payments, Donations, & Fees.

Step 2: Customize your Giving Day Donation Form

Scrolling down that page will take you to 'Donation Setup', a section where you can add custom questions to your Donation Form.

You can add open-ended, single-select, and multi-select questions.

Step 3: Preview your Giving Day Donation Form

After saving your work, you can preview how the form will appear to donors by scrolling down to the 'Donation Receipt' section. Once you have entered the slug or ID of a donatable participating organization, click the 'Preview Donation Form' button.

Step 4: Customize your Giving Day Donation Receipt

To customize your Giving Day donation receipt, scroll down to the 'Donation Receipt' section. Here, you can add your 'Thank You Message', a 'Thank You Video', and more! You can find detailed descriptions of each field and examples of what they typically include here.

You can add a Thank You Message, Thank You Video, a Dedication E-mail Message, and a Donation Disclaimer under the Donation Receipt section.

Note: While there is no way to preview your organization's 'Thank You' Message or donation receipt unless you have made a gift, you can view an example of what a donor typically receives here.
