A popup will appear; switch ON the 'Use Default Twilio Account' toggle.
Click the 'Submit' button to confirm your settings.
Using a Twilio Sub-Account
If you want to use a Twilio Sub-account for specific profiles/locations:
Click on the Pencil Icon next to the desired profile/location.
In the popup, ensure the 'Use Default Twilio Account' toggle is OFF.
Enter your sub-account keys.
Click 'Verify & Save' to apply the settings.
Modifying Account SIDs
You can modify the SID for any connected profiles/locations as follows:
Click on the Pencil button next to the desired profile/location.
A popup will appear where you can edit the SID or switch the Twilio account type.
Click 'Save' to confirm your changes.
Setting the SMS Send From Phone Number
After configuring your Twilio account, you must establish the phone number from which SMS invitations will be sent:
Navigate to Company Settings.
Scroll down to the dropdown field labeled "SMS Send From Phone No".
Select the desired phone number from the dropdown menu.
Note: You cannot send SMS review invitations until you've set the phone number.
