In today's digital age, visual documentation plays a crucial role in job management. Explore how to efficiently manage job images using G.J. Manage.

Add Images

Easily enhance your job documentation by following these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the Images tab within the job details.

  2. Tap "Add Photo" to initiate the image upload process.

  3. Choose to take a new photo or upload it from your existing photo library.

  4. Alternatively, images can also be added directly from QA checklist items.

All uploaded images are seamlessly stored in the job doc folder "Images" in Google Drive, ensuring accessibility and organization. Both high-resolution and thumbnail versions of the image are uploaded, catering to different viewing needs.

Delete Images

Maintain a clutter-free job folder by following these straightforward instructions:

  1. Navigate to the "All Images" section within the job details.

  2. Select the desired photo(s) you wish to delete.

  3. Tap the delete icon located in the bottom right corner to remove the selected image(s).

This action ensures that images are removed from Google Drive. Remember, avoid manually deleting images from Google Drive, or else a broken image icon will appear in the app.

Share Images to the Customer Portal

Enhance collaboration and transparency by sharing relevant job images with clients via the Customer Portal. Follow these steps:

  1. Capture the image you wish to share.

  2. Navigate to the "All Images" section within the job details.

  3. Select the desired photo(s) you want to share.

  4. Click the "Share with Customer" button to initiate the sharing process.

  5. This action copies the image to the "Shared" tab, both in the app and within the designated folder "Customer Portal Images" in Google Drive.

Should the need arise to remove an image from the customer portal, simply select it from the "Shared" tab and click the delete icon. Rest assured, the image will be removed from the customer portal while remaining accessible in the image gallery for internal reference.
