There is an auto email generated when the teacher is added to the GKIDS platform. For security purposes, a time sensitive link to create a user password needs to be created.
Once you add a teacher into the platform, the teacher can go to the main sign in page and click Activate my Account.
After the teacher clicks the Activate My Account button and enters their school email, they will immediately receive the time sensitive link to set their private password.
If their time sensitive link expires, they can simply click Activate My Account button for a new link.
