The roster file layout and a sample file layout are located in the Roster Resources section. Please note that only System Administrators can upload a Roster File.
A system administrator can upload multiple roster files over time. However, only NEW students who are not already on the GKIDS platform will be imported.
Existing students will not be re-imported nor will the data for existing students be updated with new/different data that may appear in the roster file.
