Why can’t I see my past searches, wishlist, or order history?

In June 2025, we began migrating our IT systems to a new commerce platform. As part of this upgrade, we moved our login process to reflect best practice security standards.

This change meant that some features - including your prior search history, wishlist, and past orders - could not be transferred to the new platform.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to deliver a more reliable shopping experience.
