Can glamaCo provide tax invoices, statements or reprint receipts for purchases?

In-store purchases

glamaCo provides a compliant thermal receipt at the time of purchase for all in-store transactions.
We do not offer a reprint or duplicate receipt service at a later date (including end-of-financial-year requests).
We recommend customers retain their original receipt (e.g., by photocopying or taking a photo), especially for electrical items requiring warranty proof.

A PDF tax invoice is automatically generated for every online order.
Customers can download their tax invoice in two ways:
- Via the Download Invoice link included in the order confirmation email.
- Via the Download Invoice button on the individual order page in your glamaCo account (under Orders).
These invoices are available immediately after purchase and remain accessible in your account for future reference.
PDF tax invoices for online orders placed prior to 1st July 2023 are not available.
