Every trademark in GleanMark has a detail page with full access to USPTO documents, prosecution history, and collaboration tools. View documents, trace the prosecution timeline, and add notes for your team.
Trademark Detail Page Tabs
Click any trademark (from search results, portfolios, or alerts) to open its detail page. The USPTO Records card has a tabbed panel. Some tabs always appear; others show up only when there’s relevant data, and a couple require a paid plan to open.
Always available
Documents — USPTO TSDR documents with preview and download. Office actions, specimens, amendments, registration certificates — everything the USPTO has on file.
Mark History — a prosecution event table showing every event in the mark’s history:
Event codes with descriptions
Status-change badges showing what status resulted from each event
Document categories and dates
Importance indicators for key events
Basis — filing basis information (use-in-commerce, intent-to-use, etc.)
Contacts — attorney/correspondent information
Shown when relevant
International — Madrid Protocol designation details (only for marks with international data)
Assignments — ownership transfer history (only when assignment records exist)
TTAB — related opposition and cancellation proceedings (shown when the mark has TTAB activity; opening the full detail requires a paid plan)
Similar Marks — marks found to be similar (shown for eligible marks; opening the full results requires a paid plan)
Comments — team notes and annotations (for signed-in users whose plan includes collaboration)
Uploads — your own uploaded documents and files (same collaboration access as Comments)
Prosecution Timeline
A visual timeline is displayed on the trademark detail page (separate from the tabbed panel) showing key dates: filing, publication, registration, renewal deadlines, assignment events, and expiration.
On mobile, the detail page reorganizes these into a scrollable set of sections, and marks with examiner-search documents also get an Examiner section linking out to the examining attorney’s profile.
Adding Notes
From the Comments tab on any trademark detail page:
Type a note and save it
Notes are visible to all team members in your organization
Use notes to record strategy decisions, client instructions, or follow-up items
Uploading Documents
From the Uploads tab:
Upload your own documents (engagement letters, client correspondence, draft responses)
Files are stored securely and associated with the specific trademark
Tips
Check Mark History for office action patterns — if the examiner issued a 2(d) refusal, check what marks were cited
Use the prosecution timeline for deadline planning — see at a glance when renewals and maintenance filings are due
Add notes before client calls — jot down key points so your team has context
