My Tasks (/tasks) is your personal reminder queue across deadlines and tracked marks. It brings your reminders together so you can review what needs attention, open related trademark records, and update reminder status from one place. On desktop it lays out in three columns — a status filter on the left, your task list in the middle, and a detail panel on the right. On mobile, those stack vertically.
What You Can Do
View your reminders in a dedicated task list at
/tasksFilter the list by status: Upcoming, Snoozed, or Done
Search across reminder titles, marks, owners, and serial numbers
See reminder titles, due dates, trademark details, and status badges
Open a task to view its full details in the detail panel
Mark a reminder as done
Reopen a reminder from done back to upcoming
Snooze a reminder to a new date
Open the related trademark record
Add, edit, and delete comments for the related trademark
Upload documents tied to the related trademark
How It Works
Go to My Tasks — Open
/tasksPick a status — Use the left-hand Status filter to switch between Upcoming, Snoozed, and Done (each shows a count)
Search if needed — Use the search box above the list to filter by task, mark, or owner
Review the task list — Each row shows the reminder title, source, related trademark, due date, and current status
Select a task — Click a row to open its details in the right-hand panel
Take action — From the task row or detail panel, you can:
Mark done
Snooze
Reopen for completed reminders
Open mark to go to the related trademark page
Collaborate — In the detail panel, use comments and uploads connected to the related trademark
Status Filter
The left-hand Status panel lets you switch which reminders the list shows, with a count beside each:
Upcoming
Snoozed
Done
Search
A search box above the task list filters the current status view. It matches against the reminder title, the trademark name, the owner name, the serial number, and the reminder description. The placeholder reads Search tasks, marks, or owners….
Task List
Each task row includes:
Reminder title
Source badge:
Deadline
Manual
A deadline-type badge when the reminder came from a deadline
Trademark name when available
Owner name when available
Serial number when available
Due date
Status badge:
Upcoming
Snoozed
Done
When you hover over a row, quick actions appear on the right side.
Quick Actions
From the task list, you can use these actions:
Action | What It Does |
Mark done | Updates the reminder to Done |
Reopen | Changes a completed reminder back to Upcoming |
Snooze | Opens the snooze picker and updates the due date |
Open mark | Opens the related trademark page when a serial number is available |
Task Details Panel
When you select a task, the detail panel header shows:
Source badge
Status badge
Deadline-type badge when available
Reminder title
Linked trademark name
Linked owner name
The due date with a relative label (for example, Today, Tomorrow, In X days, or X days overdue)
Action buttons in the header let you open comments, open uploads, snooze, open the related mark, and Mark done or Reopen.
Below the header, the panel lists the task’s details — Due, Status, Deadline type (when available), Original due (for snoozed deadline reminders), Serial, and Owner — followed by a Description section and a Reminder context section showing the comment and document counts.
If no task is selected, the panel shows a blank state with the message:
Select a task
Details and reminder actions will appear here.
Reminder Sources
My Tasks shows two reminder source types:
Source | What It Means |
Deadline | A reminder generated from a deadline type |
Manual | A reminder created with its own title |
If the task comes from a deadline, GleanMark shows the deadline label instead of a custom reminder title.
Statuses
My Tasks uses three statuses:
Status | What It Indicates |
Upcoming | The standard active state for a reminder |
Snoozed | The reminder has been deferred to a later date |
Done | The reminder has been completed |
Due Dates
Each task row shows a formatted due date, such as MMM d, yyyy.
When you open a task, the detail panel header adds a relative label next to that date:
Today
Tomorrow
In X days
X days overdue
Comments and Uploads
For tasks linked to a trademark serial number, the detail panel includes collaboration tools tied to that trademark:
Comments — add, edit, and delete comments; the icon shows a count when comments exist
Document uploads — upload a file (click to choose or drag and drop); the icon shows a count when documents exist
These tools open from the action icons in the detail panel header and are available only when the task is linked to a serial number.
Linked Records
From a task, you can open related records directly:
Trademark — Opens
/trademark/uspto-{serial_number}Owner — Opens the linked owner page when owner information is available
Tips
Use the task list hover actions for faster updates without leaving the list
Open a task when you want comments or document uploads related to the linked trademark
Use Reopen if a completed reminder needs to return to your active list
