Do you want to include colleagues in your Glede account? It's super easy to invite more people - and you have full control over who can do what.
How to invite a colleague:
Go to the menu and click on "Invite a colleague"
Tap on "Invite user"
Enter the name and email address of your colleague
Your colleague will receive an email with a registration link
đ Important: They must register via the link you send. If they sign up on their own, they will create a new, separate business - and we don't want that! đ
User roles: Member vs. Administrator
Once your colleague is added, you can choose which role they should have:
đ¤ Member
Can only see their own gift mailings, and cannot invite users. Otherwise the same rights as administrators.đ ď¸ Administrator
Full access to everything. See all gift mailings from your company and manage your company's users.
đŻ Tips: You can change the role of a user inside the account at any time.
