How to add a new company:
Go to the menu in the top right corner
Click âAdd new companyâ
Choose whether the company is a parent entity or a sub-entity
Enter the company name
Whatâs the difference between a parent entity and a sub-entity?
A parent entity is the primary, overarching organization, while a sub-entity is a department or division that belongs to and is organizationally linked to the parent entity. Sub-entities are typically used in connection with corporate groups.
Switching between parent-entities
If you add a parent entity, each parent entity will have its own order overview and its own templates. You can switch between parent entities by going to âMy companiesâ in the menu.
Switching between sub-entities
If you add a sub-entity, you can choose which sub-entity should be billed during the payment step. All sub-entities will share access to templates and the order overview.
