If you ever need to change your password, please let your Account Manager know and they will be happy to help you reset it, which will enable you to determine a memorable password of your own.
For security reasons, your Account Manager is not able to see your login details so they are unable to remind you of your existing password.
If you ever forget your password, simply click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login page and you will be sent an email which enables you to reset it. If you don’t receive an email within 10-15 minutes, please check your junk folders or contact your Account Manager.
