Support your teams by sharing saved searches

Saved searches are the quickest way to get to the information that matters to you most, and sharing searches with your team helps them to benefit too. Super users can easily create and share saved searches which other users on your account can easily access and make use of.

Creating a Shared Saved Search

  1. Create your search for projects, companies or contacts as normal.

  2. When you are ready to save your search click the 'Save Search' button.

  3. Give your search a name

  4. Tick the ‘Share Saved Search’ box and click save

Locating a Shared Saved Search

  1. Click the 'View Saved' button.

  2. In the top left of the saved search list you will see, ‘My Searches’ and ‘Shared Searches’.

  3. Click 'Shared Searches' to view a list of all the saved searches available on your account.

Note: Shared saved searches cannot be used in Notifications or as your favourite saved search on the dashboard, but the 'Clone' button can be used to easily create a personal version of a shared saved search. These can be edited and adjusted as required, without impacting the original shared saved search, and also allow full use of notifications and favourites.
