Prayer Circles are a place to proactively cultivate a network that follows your journey and serves as a hub for connection and communication. Your Prayer Circle gives you a simple way to invite your existing supporters and other Believers to come alongside you to provide prayer, encouragement, skilled help and other support!
To get started, log in. On your Dashboard, find "My Prayer Circle" and click the link below it.
Request Prayer - Use this button to post a prayer need. You can post multiple requests in a day. These are visible to the entire Switchboard community (on the list of prayer needs) as well as those in your circle. Use this ability to share immediate requests. You will already see the request you shared in April.
Send an Update - In addition to sharing prayer requests, you can update the status at the top of your circle. This update will only be visible to members of your circle, and only your most recent update is visible.
Expand Your Circle - Invite supporters and prayer partners to join your circle by clicking Members -> Add Members. You can type in an address or paste a list of addresses. Those you invite will receive an email invitation to create a Switchboard profile, which will then route them directly to your Prayer Circle. In addition to those you invite, other Believers on the platform can join your circle when they pray for one of your requests.
Be Encouraged - As Believers pray for specific needs, they can send notes of encouragement that you can view in your circle feed. You can respond to grow these relationships through two-way communication.
Check your Inbox - Those who pray can also send you a direct message that will show up in your inbox. If you respond to notes of encouragement, that will be saved here as a conversation.
Pray for Others - Click pray in the header menu to view everyone's posted requests. You can pray for others, join their circles, and send encouragement too. You know firsthand what a difference it makes.

Stay consistent with prayer requests and updates so your community can intercede with you in needs and celebrate answered prayers
Keep things fresh by unlisting past prayer requests as needs change š±
