Introduction to Switchboard's Mission

Switchboard provides volunteering opportunities for everyday believers who want to serve the Great Commission. However, we have certain eligibility criteria that all potential Kingdom Consultants must meet before they can join our platform as a full participant and Kingdom Consultant.

Age Requirement for Kingdom Consultants

First and foremost, all Kingdom Consultants must be 18 years of age or older. This age requirement ensures that Kingdom Consultants have the maturity and experience necessary to handle the responsibilities and challenges that come with volunteering. We strongly suggest that youth who are passionate about serving talk with their local pastors about ways they can get involved locally or through their church's ministry partners.

Affirmation of Statement of Faith

Additionally, Kingdom Consultants must affirm our statement of faith, which outlines our Christian core beliefs. This requirement is important because we want to ensure that our volunteers share our vision to serve the Great Commission with a clear alignment around the essentials of the Christian faith.

Kingdom Consultant Commitment Agreement

Finally, Kingdom Consultants must agree to abide by our Kingdom Consultant Commitment. This commitment outlines our expectations of volunteers, such as respecting the complexity of cross-cultural ministry and working effectively as a humble collaborator with our Great Commission Organizations.

Conclusion: The Impact of Everyday Believers

At Global Switchboard, we believe that everyday believers can truly impact the Great Commission. By ensuring that all our Kingdom Consultants meet these eligibility requirements, we can maintain the integrity and effectiveness of our platform and continue to empower the global Church and her witness to the world.
