Profile creation should go from 4-6min to 1-2min, meaning it's that much easier to get started on Switchboard or invite your friends to join! We've also made this profile creation experience even better on mobile.

A picture and bio aren't essential to start serving, but they are key building blocks when it comes to making strong connections on Switchboard. In light of this, we've added a new onboarding checklist to help you go from essentials to excellence when crafting a profile on Switchboard.

Our devs did some clever work to optimize how we store and reference our catalog, so you can have the smoothest and fastest experience possible connecting for the Great Commission!
