In the Customers menu, all available customers and departments/projects can be found. These are either imported from your ATS system via the integration or maintained in Globus manually.

On the Customers page you can search for a specific customer and also get a quick overview of number of connected orders. It is also possible to see who is responsible for the particular customer.

If you click a customer from the list it opens the Customer card. This contains two parts, the Customer (top level) and the Departments/Projects (lower level). There can only be one customer, but there can be multiple Departments/Project connected to the same customer (dependent on integration).

Both the customer and departments/projects have similar fields available. Some fields are imported via the integration (if applicable) others can be controlled in Globus. All settings in Globus can be done on the customer level (will be inherited by all connected departments/projects) or on individual departments/projects.

Click the pen in the top right corner to add or edit fields on customers or connected departments/projects. If you have an integration active the following fields will usually (but not always) be imported and will be overwritten by the integration if changed manually:

Customer or Departments/Projects name
Customer or Departments/Projects ATS tags

Customer or Departments/Projects location

Customer or Departments/Projects name contacts

The other fields can be changed or added in Globus.

Explanation of the customer or department/project fields in Globus

  • Customer name: This is the name of the customer, meaning the organization or entity you are adding to Globus.

  • Department/Project name: This is the name of the department or projects connected to the customer, meaning the organization or entity you are adding to Globus.

  • ATS tags: A tag/label used to categorize or organize orders from the specific customer or department/project, making it easier to filter or locate them later. You can also create Order segments in Globus based on tags. ATS tags are only imported via integration and cannot be edited.

  • Internal tag: A tag/label used to categorize or organize orders from the specific customer or department/project, making it easier to filter or locate them later. You can also create Order segments in Globus based on tags. Tags can be created and manged in Globus.

  • Contacts: Contact persons associated with the customer or department/project, often managers or other key contacts.

  • Responsible users: The Globus user responsible for the customer or department/project in Globus. All orders connected to the customer or department/project will be automatically assigned as order responsible.

  • Default Role: A default role can be assigned to a customer or department/project. All orders connected to the customer or department/project will automatically get this role.

  • Skills and competences: A list of predefined skills and competencies for a customer or department/project. These skills and competencies will be automatically added to all orders connected to the customer or department/project.

  • Filter by customer pool in the recommendations: This will filter candidate recommendations to apply only to the "customer pool" set up for this customer or department/project. This can either be imported via the integration or pools for a customer can be manually manged in Globus. Pools can be connected to customer or departments/projects.
