If you are experiencing issues with logging in to Globus, the first step is often trying to clear the cache in Google Chrome.
This is done by clicking
Ctrl + Shift + Del
or by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of the browser and choosing delete browser data/slett nettlesingdata.
Then check the box to delete the cache and choose all dates (the other checkboxes are optional). Beware, that you will have to log in again on all services running in Chrome.
Navigate to https://app.globus.ai/ and try to log in again. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact support.
