Release 1.23

A dusty photo album.

You open it and start turning the pages, slowly. Then, right there, there is one photo that stands out.

Suddenly, you can feel a smile is forming. It's like you can taste the salt from the sea, and vividly remember how your friend - the friend you just met (and whom you would only meet during the summers going forward) - showed you Vi på Saltkråkan for the first time?

Well.. We can't give you that experience. But we know that it feels pretty good to (re?)discover hidden gems in the large, dusty album of inactive candidates and leads too..

The Globus Polaroid update brings both new and old (maybe even forgotten?) favorites back from your candidate base. And it doesn't just do that. It comes with improved understanding of must-have requirements and soft skills, work experience, seniority and availability. We call that feature Deep search.

Why these features?

Well, mostly to make use of your "unstructured data". Every day you write notes about candidates. But it's rarely used. All of you have endless amounts of unused text and notes on candidates that is not being used.

Before summer, we decided to make use it. We built an first version of our AI search.

During the summer we talked to MANY of you. You told us that the AI search was genius. No more boolean searches and guessing keywords. You found candidates you didn't think of.

But... you also told us that the AI search gave too many results in return, it didn't sufficiently exclude unqualified candidates based on must have requirements, it was hard to know what to do as a next step, and sometimes you forgot that you had it.

Now, we fixed all that.

- You also told us it was tedious to browse multiple tabs, LinkedIn pages, CVs, interview notes and files to tailor personalized messages to candidates.

Not anymore.


​- It was repetitive and boring to manually write order confirmations from Recman.

Easy. We do it for you now.

- It's time consuming to update our websites with job ads we receive by email

Want us to do it for you - automatically and beautifully?

- Users with the integration to Access CRM felt bad because we didn't have support for files and CVs in the integration.

(“Request preferences”)

Ett klikk i kandidatkortet sender kandidatene til en ny seksjon i portalen der de kan fylle inn ønsket rolle, sted, arbeidstid, lønn m.m.

Preferansene lagres og versjoneres

Rekrutterer får e-postvarsling når kandidaten oppdaterer seg. Historikk vises i kandidatprofilen, så du ser endringer over tid.

Smart skjuling av irrelevante knapper for kandidater i kandidatportalen

Når “Request preferences” er aktivert skjules den gamle “Request opportunities”-knappen automatisk, slik at kandidaten kun ser det som er relevant.

Bruk av filer og CVer i AI-søk for Webtemp-brukere

Dypsøk i filer og CVer er nå også inkludert for kunder med Webtemp-integrasjon!

Varslinger til kundekontakter og samarbeidspartnere på epost og SMS.

Kundekontakter og samarbeidspartnere som er invitert inn til Globus.ai kan nå få «Notify me»-varsler når nye ordre opprettes. Husk at kundekontakter på ha telefonnummer i profilen for å motta SMS-varsling.

Kundepool-valg for kundebrukere

Kunder som har flere pooler/prosjekter kan selv bytte visning (for pooler de har tilgang til).

“Send fra” og “Reply-to recruiter”

I automatiserte e-poster kan dere nå velge å sende på vegne av den ansvarlige rekruttereren og få svar direkte i hans/hennes innboks.

Forbedringer i deling av ordre til nettside og app

Med automatisk deling skrudd på, så kan dere med et tastetrykk (og snart automatisk) dele bestillinger til apper, CRM-system, nettsider eller andre systemer dere ønsker ved hjelp av webhooks.


Slik prøver du nyheten “Request preferences”

  1. Åpne en kandidatprofil eller velg en gruppe kandidater → klikk Request preferences.

  2. Kandidaten får en e-post og/eller SMS + egen side i portalen.

  3. Du får varsel når kandidaten oppdaterer – og ser historikken i profilen.

Tips: Test på et lite kandidatutvalg først, og bruk de nye søkefiltrene for å se effekten.

  1. Forespør kandidatenes preferanser med et enkelt tastetrykk. I dag er du begrenset av kapasitet og klarer bare å gjøre screening og kartleggingssamtaler med de kandidatene du kjenner best. Hva hvis du kan spørre mange flere, og ha mye bedre grunnlag for å tilpasse tilbudene til kandidatene dine? Til mange flere kandidater? Få alle notater samlet på et sted, og la kandidatenes preferanser bli synlige både i profilen og i vår nye AI-søk og evalueringsagent (som forøvrig kommer i ny og forbedret drakt - og sterkere motor - senere i juli). Dette er en betaversjon, så si fra hvis du ønsker å teste, så kan vi skru på funksjonaliteten for deg!



    For kandidaten er det enkelt å legge inn informasjon:




    Du får notifikasjon når Hedda har oppdatert preferanser. Basert på svaret til Hedda, kan du enkelt sette opp automatiske utsendelser



    Og få bedre resultater i AI-søk:


    Umiddelbart blir resultatene fra AI-søket bedre, og i evalueringen av Hedda sin profil ser man at de nye preferansene blir vurdert av AI-agenten.
