Faster finger (1.23.3)

We continue to see different variations of spreadsheets lying around, for managing availability, bookings and preferences. This release is another milestone in our journey to help you reduce (or remove!) manual punching in spreadsheets and other lists - with fewer clicks and faster bookings directly from the calendar.

In this release you can:

  • Turn candidate availability into approved shifts directly from the calendar

  • Compare candidates without opening a lot of new tabs

  • Let candidates see and understand their work schedule in the new candidate portal (beta) - contact us to learn more

  • Get better Deep search results from Access CRM, Recman and Carerix

  • Choose if you want to focus and rely more on long-term availability or short-term (day-by-day) availability

This release is for you if you:

...think it's time consuming to add a worker into a shift, when you already know who is working and you just want to place this person into a job quickly.

...find that comparing profiles in Globus.ai takes too much time and opens too many tabs

...want to allow candidates to see their work schedule in our new candidate portal (still in testing and will gradually be made available to you. Let us know if you are interested!)

...feel that integrations to Access CRM and Carerix could be better

...think the candidate calendar view is hard to find and / or hard to navigate

...would prefer that candidates could provide long term availability as default (instead of day-by-day availability with specific times)

Solutions:

  • New! Quick booking from calendar

Sometimes you already know who should work – you just need to get the shifts booked and confirmed fast, without jumping between views.

Quick booking lets you turn candidate availability into approved shifts in a few clicks, without leaving the calendar view.

  1. Click the dates in the calendar for a candidate and click "Quick booking":

  2. Add shift times - add shifts - and approve.

  3. Automatic confirmation to candidates and customers can be sent with a click:

PS: "Comments for candidate" is visible on hover over shifts. By clicking the shift, it takes you into the job, where you can revert or edit (and register the shift to ATS).

Impact: Faster booking of known workers, less manual punching, quicker and clearer communication to both candidates and customers.

  • Calendar improvements

We’ve made the calendar easier to use, especially if you work a lot in this view:

    • We now remember if you used the calendar view last time, so it will go directly into calendar mode the next time you enter the candidate view

    • Messy and unsorted shift times is sorted out, easily sort by earliest time of the first chosen day

    • Weekends are more visible

    • Frozen top panes so you don't lose the calendar when you scroll down

  • Impact: Easier navigation, less scrolling, and a more reliable calendar view for day-to-day planning

  • Quick compare:

    • We heard that it's time consuming to compare profiles and that you open too many tabs: Now candidate side panel opens, and you can get a quick overview without entering the profiles:

Other improvements:

  • Auto-sharing

    • Easily set up auto-sharing of jobs to websites etc - contact us for more information!

  • New candidate portal (available for beta testing soon) - let us know if you want to know more!

  • Improvements in Deep search, tuning to increase emphasis on quantitative skills

  • AI agents & automations

    • Improved AI agents for handling job requests by email: better linking of orders, and an option to turn on automatic summaries for candidates.

    • Improved AI learning and feedback loop for jobs from emails and portals.

    • Improved display of candidate automations – now easier to see if other users have active subscriptions to a candidate’s preferences.

    • Separate unsubscribe option for “Request preferences” emails.

Integrations:

  • Access CRM

    • Short-cuts from Globus.ai to Access CRM for candidates and customers

    • We now also read notes from Access CRM to improve Deep search results

  • Faster Deep search starting from Recman job posts

  • Carerix ATS integration:

    • Deep search will perform much better with CVs and files being handled, giving a richer understanding of candidate backgrounds.
