When creating a new order with period or shifts, or by clicking on an order on the main page, you will be redirected to the detailed order page.
If an order created by parsing has missing fields, when you click on the order from the main page, you will be redirected to the edit order page. Add the missing information to process the order.
This page consists of three tabs: activity, shifts, candidates and comments.
Activity
You will see all the detailed activity related to the order. This includes all client, candidate and customer updates. You can also see which admin users have edited the order.
Shifts
This is the breakdown of shifts within the order and where you can send either one or multiple shifts to a candidate.
Candidates
When you've sent out the order to your candidates, or assigned them you'll get the candidate status for the order displayed here.
Statuses include:
Assigned
Sent
Submitted
Rejected
Expired
Comments
This is a free field to add in any updates that could be helpful for you and your colleagues.
