1. Candidate availability improvements

Better visualisation on the candidates page allows you to see exactly when your candidates can work. Candidates can now report exactly when they are available to work. They can choose specific time frames such as early or night, these labels can be customised to your account.

2. Email notifications for acceptance of shifts or periods

Email alerts can now be enabled if a candidate or customer accepts a shift or period. If you'd like this feature switching on, please contact a member of the Customer Success team.

3. Distance matching available for recommender

The Globus recommender can now use candidates' and clients' saved addresses to recommend candidates who live close by. The matching rule can be configured to set the maximum distance for scoring.. E.g candidates should only be recommended for jobs within a 20km radius.

Please contact your Customer Success Manager or email support@globus.ai if this is something you would like to discuss.

4. External availability import from existing ATS

In addition to external shifts (booked outside Globus), we can now also import external availability from certain ATS systems. This will provide improved matching and detailed multi-source availability data on candidates. Check with the team to see if we can support this with your current integrations.

5. Auto-archiving of orders

Orders where all shifts are registered to the ATS will now be auto archived.

6. Detailed SMS confirmations for candidates

It is now possible to add dates and times of shifts in the candidate confirmation SMS. This may increase the number of SMS sent per month. Contact your CSM if you'd like to learn more.

7. Add multiple resources to new or existing orders

Easily update the number of resources required when editing an order, just input the number of candidates required.

8. New insights funnel

We added three new tabs in insights to make a clear separation between orders, shifts and period. This will make it easier for your organisation to track the relevant KPIs.

9. Easier to toggle between shifts or periods when editing an order

10. ATS-customer can be used in templates

We now provide you with the option to use either the parsed customer name or the connected ATS-customer in emails, SMS and candidate page.

Ask your Customer Success Manager to help tweak your email and SMS settings so you can choose which customer is pulled into the messages sent out to candidates.

11. Revert acceptance of shifts

If a candidate has accepted a shift but it’s no longer the right fit, or you accepted a shift by mistake, you can now choose to revert the status from accepted to new.

12. Period request improvements

Based on your feedback we have redesigned the period requests. We have reduced the need for required information to a minimum in create order. Required fields are now start date and end date. The user can also add position and choose individual weeks. This will make it faster and less convoluted for the users. The Information to candidates-field can be used for any additional details needed. When sending period request to candidates, the candidate page has been redesigned to make it quick and easy to respond. The candidate can quickly respond what weeks they wish to work in a new calendar component. More improvements will follow.
