1. Quick filters for candidates
Create quick filters when working on the candidate page, use the main filter options to choose a custom group of candidates to work with and name the filter as needed.
Filters are specific to you and when you log back in, you can easily access them again.
Click the x to clear the filter, if you close it accidentally you can undo this action.
2. Add rates for Webtemp
Manually add in salary and rates when registering shifts to Webtemp from Globus. These fields will override the rates from your existing agreements.
3. Assignment conflicts warning on overlapping times AND multiple shifts on the same day
a. If a candidate has multiple assignments on the same day or at the same time you are trying to assign a new shift the system will flag up a potential conflict.
b. This flag should help you identify anyone who could be working multiple shifts in one day and prompt you to check for any conflicts.
c. The warning will appear when trying to assign a candidate to a shift and when you present the candidate to the customer.
4. Times added to shift cards
See all the details of shift times in the order without hovering over each individual day.
5. Select all search results
Choose all the options in the drop down list when searching.
6. User specific filters with Quick Filter
Create pre-set filters specific to your needs via Quick Filter. Your chosen filter will apply to your Orders page as soon as you login, and you can easily set and switch between them.

1. Customer support platform
We're delighted to have our brand new in-app support platform so we can share updates (just like this one) and answer questions as quickly and efficiently as possible! Drop us a message and we'll get back to you directly via live chat or email and make sure you check out the rest of our help centre. https://intercom.help/globusai/en/
Anything you'd like to see available? Just let us know!
2. Link tracking enabled for candidates and customers
On the activity tab for each order you're now able to see exactly when a candidate or customer has clicked on the link relating to the order. This link is what's displayed in the email or SMS request that has been sent out to them.
3. Get notified when candidates or customers accept shifts or periods
When a candidate accepts shifts or periods from the link sent, we can configure your account to notify the sender of the shifts. The same can be applied if a customer accepts a candidate.
The notification is sent by email to the person who sent out the shifts or periods initially.
Email example:
Dear Imogen,
Darcy has just accepted your offer at Manchester Royal Infirmary, Intensive Care.
Link to order.
Kind regards.
Email support@globus.ai if you would like this feature enabled and the email template setting up.
4. Manually update candidate availability
Each candidate has a calendar icon next to their name so you can manually update their detailed availability, allowing for greater flexibility when requesting availability.
Remember you can also mark when a candidate is unavailable to work, unavailability can only be managed in full day slots rather than specific time slots. Take requests via phone and support candidates who need extra help updating their own schedule.
5. Auto assign accepted shifts
Shifts will automatically be assigned to the first candidate who accepts one or all of the available sent shifts by the link. You can choose which option applies when creating or editing your shifts.
2. Inform contact person by SMS will alert the customer once the shifts have been assigned. This option is only available for certain ATS integrations.
3. Create or edit your order as normal and once a candidate has accepted one or all the shifts the shift will be automatically assigned.
4. With this option enabled you do not need to manually submit the accepted shifts to the customer by email.
5. The candidate will receive a confirmation email that they have been booked into the shifts.
6. Service types from Recman
Service types (stillingstype) from Recman can now be viewed in Globus. Just select the service type you need within your new or existing project.
7. Non-active candidate import from Webtemp
Previously only active candidates could be imported from Webtemp but non-active candidates can now be imported into Globus. From the candidates page, different filters can be applied to reflect the different statuses of candidates.
Non-active candidates can be excluded from the matching process. Non-active candidates can be added to orders manually using filters and managed like active candidates
