1. Send out multiple orders to candidates
Create tailored email campaigns directly in Globus and discover the right roles for your candidates.
1. Use the orders page to multi-select the orders you wish to send out to candidates.
2. Click send orders at the bottom of the page.
3. Choose which information you wish to send to candidates and tweak the messaging before sending.
4. Toggle fields on and off to include certain order information.
5. Choose which candidates to send the orders too, you can choose one or multiple.
6. Candidates can choose which shifts they’d like to accept or give a reason for declining shifts.
2. Candidates have greater flexibility with responding to orders
The new and improved candidates view means candidates can access all open orders in one place.
1. Send out individual or multiple orders to a candidate.
2. Candidates receive the link by email or SMS and open the web browser.
3. Candidates can respond to orders by accepting or declining. They can now also add more detailed notes to their responses. These are viewable in the activity tab for each order.
4. Candidates can access the link as the jobs are available, they can add more detailed notes when accepting or declining shifts.
3. Open email details in Globus
Globus can now open the original email for parsed orders in the same window so you can quickly access any specific details. Just click on the mail icon next to the order to open the email.

1. Register period orders from any status for Recman and Webtemp
You can now register period orders, from any status, to Recman and Webtemp.
You follow the same process as you're used for registering shift orders, which you can read up on here.
Even after registering once, you can continue to send your period out to additional candidates and register them as required as well.
2. Activity column included in main Orders page
Actions from candidates and customers are displayed in the Activity column as a timestamp.
Further detail on the actions taken are available within the order.
3. Redesign of Candidates page header
The Candidate page has been redesigned to improve the user experience.
Page navigation has been moved to the top of the screen, remaining visible as you scroll through your list of candidates. The toggles and 'Request Availability' button have been re-positioned.
User interaction with all functionality remains the same.
