December 2022

1. "Favourite" your important orders!

Do you have orders that are extra important to you, or that you need to prioritize? You can now favourite orders in Globus!

Click on the star icon to favourite the order of your choice. You can then use the star icon filter on top to only see your favourite orders. This can also be used in combination with other filters or quick filters.

2. See period orders on the Candidates page

It is now possible to see all periods that have been sent or accepted on the candidates page. Previously, the calendar-view only portrayed shifts, but now periods are also included. Simply click on the line to open the actual order.

3. Improvements in the filtering of recommended candidates on orders

We have changed the filtering of candidates based on recommender reasons from OR to AND. This means that when you select more filters at the top of the list of matched candidates, you will be able to better specify the requirements and narrow the search for the candidates you want to work with.

When one filter is selected, the remaining filters will be based on what recommender reasons still remain for the candidates with the first selected matching reason selected. As an example, you can now filter down to just the candidates that have "Worked there before" AND have a "Matching role" AND are "Available" or any other combination. The candidates will have to match all the selected filters to show in the list. This is probably the best example:

4. Considering availability in candidate responses to orders

When an order has been sent to a candidate, and if the candidate decides to decline the proposed order because of availability reasons, this will now be reflected in the candidates' availability for the future.

If the candidate declines all shifts and ticks the selection "Availability", the candidate will be set unavailable for the specific time slots for each specific shift presented to them in the order. If a period is declined for the same reason, the whole period, start- to end-date will be set to unavailable. The availability will be used in future matching of orders.

5. Save "information to candidates" - text for next order

To reduce the amount of manual input of standardized information we will now save the details/text added to the "Information to candidates" - field in "create order" for a triplet (combination of customer-department-location). The prefilled text will always be fetched from the most recent order for the same triplet. The information can be edited or removed as normal.

6. Automatic reminders on availability requests

It is now possible to configure automatic reminders to candidates that did not respond to availability requests. You can choose the number of days to wait to send the reminders. Reminders will be sent either by SMS or email depending on how the original availability request was sent. Please get in touch with us at support@globus.ai or via chat if you would like this to be configured for your environment.

Please beware that this feature may incur higher costs for sms.

7. Manually set period order to lost

It is now possible to manually set a period order to lost in Globus. The order will no longer be available for candidates if it was previously sent out. The order is set to lost by using the top right menu when inside the order.

8. Improved error handling for RecMan registration

The error handling for RecMan has been improved and we will now show the specific error from RecMan if something fails during registration, hopefully simplifying correcting errors.

9. Manually accept periods on behalf of candidates

As with shifts, we have now also added the possibility to manually accept periods on behalf of the candidates. Click the menu next to the candidate's name and choose "Mark as accepted". If you're on a phone with a candidate, this is an easy way to make sure you track data even if the candidate doesn't respond via the portal.

October 2022

1. Email preview in order edit (20.10.2022)

If you have Globus connected to you mailbox, you can now view all emails in the edit view. You can scroll through the entire email thread and also download/view attachments directly.

2. Revert shifts

We know candidates can change their mind after accepting a shift, or customers can change their requirements. You can now revert back assigned, accepted, submitted or registered shifts so they can be assigned to a new candidate. Click the "Revert shifts" button from the candidate menu to revert any shift for that candidate to new state. Remember to notify the candidate.

3. Remove shifts table from candidate confirmation email on manual assign

It is now possible to deselect the shifts table in candidate confirmation email during manual assign.

4. Edit availability request SMS

The sending of availability requests has been updated and it is now possible to see and customize the availability request SMS before sending. The counter below will show the number of SMS sent per candidate selected.
