Did one of your candidates unsubscribe from Globus emails by accident?

If one of your candidates accidentally unsubscribed from Globus emails, they can easily manage their preferences.

If a candidate accidentally unsubscribed from Globus emails they can easily resubscribe if they still have a Globus email available in their mailbox.

  1. Open a Globus email

  2. Navigate to the bottom and click the unsubscribe link:

The candidate should click "Opt-in + restore preferences" or set the "Opt out" slider to "No" and click "Save Preferences". If the candidate still doesn't receive emails, please contact support.
