For the functionalities supported in the current Globus ↔︎ Recman integration, we need at least the below permissions granted to the API key. The admin can follow the documentation for providing us with the correct permissions: https://developers.recman.io/#getting-started under the section Obtaining an API key.
Navigate to settings (requires admin access in RM):
Then "Database" and click Create API key:
Add the required information; API navn = "Globus.ai"
Under Operations we need the permissions for SELECT, INSERT and UPDATE
Under Modules the following should be selected: Departments, Corporations, Co-workers, CRM, Contact Persons, Candidates, Candidate files, Projects, Jobs, Tag register, Economy, Log and Staffing Calendar.
