Welcome to Globus, in this article we will look at how to get started with your account.

Once your account has been set up you can enter your email address to log in. The procedure is dependent on if you will authenticate with your O365 or a local account. Using your O365 account, you will need to follow the instructions to set up the Microsoft Authenticator App.

If you don't already have it, download the Microsoft Authenticator App from Appstore (iOS) or Play Store (Android) on your mobile device, then click Next.

Use your phone to scan the QR code and continue inputting your account information then click Next.

After finishing authentication, you will be taken to the Globus Home Page.

For local accounts (non-365 accounts), add your email, then reset your password. You will receive a code on SMS that you will need to use to login.

Dashboard page

On the Dashboard Page, you will get an overview of your current stats (My stats), orders assigned to you (My Orders list) and the Candidates List. You can also change the orders showing by clicking the cog and choosing a different segment (filters) to show.

Orders Page

On the Orders Page, you can create new orders, edit orders, sort the orders, search and find all relevant information regarding all existing orders.

There is a set of predefined segments (filters) already created as default for quick access to a certain list of orders:

  • My orders : List of all orders which are assigned to you

  • Missing fields: List of all orders that have missing required fields that need to be updated before the orders can be processed.

  • Unassigned: List of all orders that have not been assigned to any users.

  • Active: List of orders that are still in progress or have not been closed.

  • Closed: List of orders that are closed. Orders will be closed either by placing candidates for all the shifts/periods in the order (all shifts/periods have approved/registered status), when shifts/periods are expired, or if it's set to closed manually. You can all close the order manually by clicking the Options button to the right of each order, then choose Close (see image below).

  • All orders: List of all existing orders (Closed and Active).

Candidates Page

On the Candidates Page, you can create new candidates*, edit candidates*, re-arrange the candidate list, and find all relevant information regarding all existing candidates in Globus.

There is a set of predefined segments (filters) already created as default for quick access to a certain list of candidates:

  • All Candidates: All of the existing candidates.

  • My candidates: Candidates where your user is set as responsible.

  • Active: List of candidates in status Active.

  • Lead: List of candidates in status Leads.

  • Joined recently: List of candidates created or imported from ATS in a period of time that can be adjusted.

  • Missing skills: List of candidates that don't have any skills.

  • Unknown availability: List of candidates that have not updated their availability.

*** Note: Similar to the Orders Page, you can easily customize your own segments by using the available filters and combining these.

Customers page

On the Customers Page, you can create new customers*, edit profiles of existing customers and their connected Departments/ Projects/contacts and their responsible users*.

*Depending on integration with ATS/CRM
