By clicking on an order on the main section of one Filter/ Segment tab, you will be redirected to the Order Fulfillment page.

For orders parsed from portals or emails, please refer to the following article for additional details: https://intercom.help/globusai/en/articles/9005371-2-4-working-with-incomplete-orders.

The Order Fulfillment page provides information of Roles, Shifts/ periods and list of matching candidates to the required role in the order. Each individual role added to the order will create a separate tab. Each role tab has regarding stages of recruiting process: Send Opportunities, Approve Candidates, and register to an ATS system (for ex. Webtemp or Recman) if it is integrated with Globus.

Adjust Recommendations

Select Adjust Recommendations to the side of the page to modify the list of recommended candidates based on specific criteria that were not initially considered when creating the candidate recommendation model.

The Recommender Panel has now been updated to become more powerful with enhanced candidate filtering capabilities. The candidate quality and productivity will be eventually improved, ensuring a more precise match with job requirements and client preferences.

Recruiters are now empowered to flexibly customise and refine list of recommended candidates based on specific criteria, ensuring more precise match, for examples:

  • Location-based filtering:Recruiters can exclude candidates from specific locations, ensuring that the recommended candidates are geographically aligned with job requirements and client preferences.

  • Using internal tags: Limiting or excluding by custom tags allows to create pools of candidates and use them within the order fulfilment process effectively.

  • Alternative role enhancement: Recruiters can enhance the list of recommended candidates by including alternative roles that closely match the desired skills and qualifications. This helps expand the pool of potential candidates, increasing the chances of finding the perfect fit.

  • Experience-based Filtering: The updated Recommender Panel also enables recruiters to further refine the list by selecting candidates who already have specific experience at the current customer or customers with a similar role. This feature helps recruiters find candidates with relevant industry knowledge and domain expertise.
