There are a couple of different options to delete or archive an order.

Deleting or Archiving from the detailed order

If you want to archive or delete an order – click on the order you want to remove on the main page. Within the order, click on the «three dots» button on the top right corner of your screen.

***Beware, we recommend archiving orders. Deleted orders are not easily restored and Globus will charge to restore deleted orders.

Deleting or Archiving from the main Orders page

If you want to remove your order from the orders page, first select the Filter tab All Orders or another segment, then select the «three dots» button on the right hand side of the order line. Select Close to archive the order or Delete to remove the order.

***Beware, we recommend archiving orders. Deleted orders are not easily restored and Globus will charge to restore deleted orders.

Auto-archiving

Orders where all shifts have been registered to the ATS will automatically be archived/set to "Closed". Closed/archived orders can be found in the "Closed" segment or by using the "Order status"-filter.
