*** Note: If your candidates are updated via an integration with your ATS/CRM, you should not create or edit candidates in Globus directly. We advise maintaining the data quality on candidates in your ATS/CRM to ensure the best matching results in Globus.

Create new candidate

From the main Candidate page (in any segment), select the "+" icon on the top right of the page. You will be redirected to New Candidate creation page. Fill in the compulsory information and select Save changes, then you will have a new candidate available.

Adjust candidate information

From the main Candidate page, search or filter to find the Candidate that you want to edit. Click the candidate to open the candidate card. Select the "three-dots" icon on the top right of the page. Then select Edit and modify the information that you want to change.

Search and filter candidates

The Candidate Page has filter functions similar to that of the Order Page. You can add a one-time filter to view candidates based on certain data or create a Quick Filter/ Segment of candidates for faster access next time.

Refer here for further detailed steps.

It is also possible to change the view on the candidate page from a list to a calendar grid view showing availability and booked work for all candidates in your segment.

You can choose the period to view and also the sorting based on creation date, availability etc.

Active Candidate Vs. Lead Candidate

There are two main "groups" of candidates in Globus; Active and Leads. This separation can be set based on your specific needs, but from a general point, we have defined these as described below.

Active candidates are those applicants who are ready to work (after fulfilling all requirements of jobs such as being interviewed, submitting all mandatory credentials, or providing complementary documents, etc.) These candidates are prioritized to be matched and recommended if there are any relevant job requests available.

Meanwhile, lead candidates are potential applicants that need further actions to become ready to work. Candidates' status can be changed from lead to active, and vice versa based on the progress of some activities for example interviews, references, completing police certificates, or updating essential credentials which are going to be out of date, etc. These activities or rules can be decided by users. When Globus is integrated with an ATS/CRM system, this status change will be set by rules of the integration.

Candidate activity log

On the candidate page its is possible to see all activities related to the candidate by clicking the "Activity" tab. This will show all the activities on the candidate.
