Release Version 1.10.2 (29.11.2023)

New features

1. Improved flexibility to run a combination of parsers with different priority

For countries with multiple types of parsers including rule-based, GPT, and VMS portals/APIs we can now configure the logic and priority per tenant. This will also technically prepare us for new VMS portals and add the possibility of more customized parsers in combination with GPT.

2. Registration of period orders to RecMan

We have now added the option for registration of period orders to RecMan. After approval of one or more periods, the user can now register the period order to RecMan. The functionality will allow the user to select an existing or create a new project, and select an existing job or create a new job. A new job created will create a job in RecMan for the selected candidate, customer, and project with the start date of the period and the job ending on the end date of the period. When choosing an existing job, the end date will be updated to match the period(s) in the order.

3. ReplyTo option in all emails

Up until now, the candidates couldn't reply to emails sent from Globus. We have now added the option for configuring a ReplyTo address per tenant. This means that when candidates click reply, the set ReplyTo address on the tenant is used. Ex contact@staffingagency.com. Please get in touch with support to configure your ReplyTo address.

4. Filter candidates by unsubscribe type

In Globus there are three types of unsubscribes:

  • Availability requests

  • Orders

  • Campaigns

It is now possible to filter candidates by these different types so that it is easy to make sure to keep the database clean and remove candidates who no longer want to receive emails.

Release Version 1.10.1 (17.11.2023)

New features

1. Customer pools

We are excited to announce the release of a new feature called "Customer Pools" in Globus. This feature aims to streamline the candidate filtering process by introducing a dedicated customer pool functionality. With this update, recruiters can now easily filter candidates based on customer pools, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the order fulfillment UI.

Candidates can be added to a customer pool in the candidate profiles or from the candidate lists and segments. On each customer card, the user can choose to filter by default by the connected candidates in the pool and only run the matching on these candidates.

Filter the candidates in the segments and choose more to add them to the specific customer. This is also possible in the candidate profile.

Activate filtering on only candidates in customer pool in the customer card

In orders when filtering on pools is activated on customers

2. Medlo portal improvements

Multiple improvements to the integration with VMS portal Medlo in Sweden

List of changes that significantly simplify work with customers, departments, and contacts in Globus:

  • In case we extracted the Department name from email or any other external source of orders but couldn't match it with existing Department in the database, it's possible now to create a new Department right from the order edit mode (side-by-side) and AI diagnostic panel in the orders list.

  • Locations is now available on Customer level, as well as departments.

  • Contacts now in a separate section in Globus, you can create contacts and link it to any customers and/or departments.

  • General unification of designs.

Other Improvements

  • When order, role inside the order, or shifts are cancelled from Medlo, the system now sends cancellation notifications to the candidates that have previously been approved.

  • Dropdowns review and redesign to improve user experience for dropdowns with 100 or even 1000 values.

  • The learning loop for Customer, Department, and Role fields now works for orders from Medlo.

  • New warnings when users try to save orders with deleted customer/department/role/etc.

  • Activity log: separated events 'accept' and 'auto-approve' in case of auto-approval, to make this case clearer for the user.

  • Honey-pot for bots is implemented in the whole product, and email link click events are now displayed in the activity log.

  • We now show the year on all dates if the year isn't the current year.

Release Version 1.10 (26.10.2023)

New features

1. Activity feed

A powerful new feature, Activity Feed, has now been released in Globus to simplify how you can manage and track changes to orders and candidate actions.

This comprehensive solution includes:

  • A separate section in the Candidate's profile

  • A section in the Candidates panel in the Order fulfillment page and engagement campaigns constructor.

  • A section in the order's detailed panel in the Order fulfillment page.

With these dedicated sections, recruiters can efficiently track changes, streamline workflows, and enhance candidate engagement. This new feature brings more value to Globus users in the following cases:

  1. Improve Order Management: The activity log feature will allow recruiters to track changes made to orders, including updates, status changes and communication. This will help maintain a clear and up-to-date overview of each order, ensuring that recruiters can easily identify any modifications or updates made and take action accordingly.

  2. Candidate Engagement Enhancement: recruiters can utilize the Activity Feed to stay informed about candidates' actions, such as availability updates, and interactions with assignments including provided feedback, or reactions on engagement campaigns. These activities can now be presented in one place.

  3. Compliance and Audit Trail: The Activity Feed will provide a detailed audit trail of all actions taken on orders and candidate profiles. This will help recruiters and agencies to maintain compliance with regulations and internal processes, ensuring transparency and accountability in their operations.

2. Candidates list with calendar view

Another feature released in this version is the Candidates List with the Calendar view. This feature is designed and implemented in order to help staffing agencies and recruiters overcome challenges in managing their candidate pool and tracking availability on a weekly or monthly basis.

In order to access the Calendar View of candidates, users need to choose a segment with candidates that they want to see further details, then switch from List View to Calendar View (see image) at the top right corner of the list.

Users can also easily change the date range of date to view and convenient tracking.

This feature becomes more useful in the following cases when recruiters:

  1. Weekly/ monthly track candidates' availability: staffing agencies can now effortlessly monitor candidates' availability on a weekly/ monthly basis. The calendar view allows recruiters to view the availability of each candidate, making it easier to identify suitable candidates for specific roles.

  2. Request specific candidates: The calendar view provides a comprehensive visual presentation of candidate's availability, which helps agencies quickly identify the most suitable candidates for upcoming orders that are not in the system already.

  3. Maximize Utilization of fully employed candidates: Recruiters can now efficiently utilize fully employed candidates within their agency. By having a clear overview of the candidates' availability in the calendar view, recruiters can optimize their resources and ensure these candidates are engaged in relevant opportunities.

3. More visible order updates received by email

Now it becomes more visible when a new email has been received, so the user can directly open the side-by-side view and check whether the order requires changes.

Users can now hover on the order with red dots to quickly see if there are any updates with the order (see image).

Then users can access order details to see what update is received in regard to a specific order.

Other improvements

  1. Support {CandidateFirstName} and {CandidateLastName} as separate parameters in email/SMS. Personalize your templates with the name of the candidate.
