SMS from Globus can be undelivered for multiple reasons.
There is no coverage so the device is offline
The device is turned off for a long period (the network will retry for a set number of hours until message is rejected)
Blocking of SMS on device (spam)
Blocked sender

Android
There are multiple different devices and SMS message apps available, all with different functionality. On Android it is possible to define custom apps as default SMS app, ex using Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or other apps not only for direct messages but also for SMS. Below we cover some ways to check if sms sent from Globus ends up in spam:
Samsung Galaxy Messages
Depending on the version of Android and device there can be different variations of spam filters. And how to find messages in spam.
Here are a few variations:
In the messages app, click the three dots
Then click "Settings"
Then click "Block numbers and messages"
Then click "Blocked messages"
Check if there are any SMS messages there. If yes, open and mark it as not spam
Another variation could be:
On Pixel devices
In the Messages app, click the three lines
Then click "Spam and blocked"
Then check if there are any blocked SMS messages in the folder. Make sure to unblock them.
Another variation based on the Android version is also to click the profile picture in the top right of the SMS message app:
Then click "Nettsøppel og blokkert/Spam or blocked messages"
Check the folder and unblock if messages are found
