Release Version 1.11.1 (28.03.2024)

🚀 Exciting New Features and Improvements:

  • Search and filters are working together:

You can now limit search by segments, and it works in both list of candidates and list of orders. This will help narrow the search, and increase the power of the segments you search. You can still search among the full database, or choose to search only within a segment.

  • More Accurate Order Data Display

We’ve improved how order information from email and portals is displayed. If the AI's suggestions cannot interpret the order with high confidence, we’ll now show you the original data from the email or portal (instead of selecting the most similar information in your ATS system).

  • Improved candidate pool feature

Expanding our candidate pool feature, you can now access and utilize candidate pools at the department level. This enhancement aims to streamline and optimize your order fulfillment process further.

Other improvements:

  • Candidate blocking: Globus now supports blocking candidates on lower-level company (Globus department level).

  • Calendar view for long assignments: View important details for long-term assignments (3-6 months) directly in the calendar view.

  • Create orders in the past: Now, you can create shifts in the past to add orders that are not yet in Globus, or correct errors back in time, ensuring your records and statistics stay accurate.

  • Enhanced order editing: New order actions (Duplicate, Close or Mark as Active, Share, Delete) have been added to the order edit page for easier management.

  • Attachment names in internal notes: When adding attachments to orders, the attachment name is now automatically added to the Internal Notes field, keeping you organized.

  • Improved data import from Recman: For our users utilizing Recman, we're importing more relevant data to enhance AI recommendations, including titles, descriptions, notes, industry IDs, experience, education, and certifications.

Release Version 1.11 (28.02.2024)

🚀 Exciting New Features and Improvements:

  • Recommender v 2.0 - smart recommendations and a new matching panel
Due to challenges with data quality, non-matching skills, wording etc, we have been working hard the last quarter to find a way to tackle this challenge. And finally we are happy to release the new version of the Globus recommender. All orders now have an additional field available called "Requirements", this field can be manually filled with general requirements like competencies, area of expertise, certificates, languages, or anything else relevant to finding the best candidates for the order. If parsing is active, we will automatically pre-fill this field.

The information added to the "Requirements" field will be dynamically matched with all information on the candidates. Reducing the need for a one-to-one match between requirements and attributes on the order and candidate.

The feature needs to be configured per environment and this will be done in cooperation with your customer success representative.

  • A fully redesigned recommender panel is now available for all users. This aims to make it more clear to the users what the reason behind the recommendation was, with improved grouping and a more dynamic icon set.

  • Google maps API integration is now part of all Globus tenants. Quality of location data on customers, departments, and candidates has always been a struggle. Requiring a lot of manual corrections. Issues could be typos, different wording, different languages and even complete lack of data. With the new integration to Google Maps, all location data will be normalized and if possible expanded with missing information. We also standardize the format for all locations. This will greatly improve matching on home and preferred locations and filtering.

    Candidates:

    Customers and departments:

Other improvements:

  • Import long-term assignments from ATS work history to display in calendar. Option to configure if the candidate should be considered available in period.

  • Improved search and multi-select in all filters and dropdowns.

  • Orders with missing information or unverified information will be recommended under opportunities.

  • Closed orders will have visible tag in order header

  • Improved security on back-end

  • One-click unsubscribe in all emails according to new requirements from Google/Yahoo.

  • The issue with filters being lost when clicking candidates or order and going back has been resolved.

  • And several other improvements and bug fixes.

    Release Version 1.10.5 (22.01.2024)

🚀 Exciting New Features and Improvements:

  • New design for emails to candidates: all emails sent to candidates now have a brand new design making it consistent with the campaign emails. The new design provides a more professional and clean look.

  • New filter in orders list: by candidate name and shift/period status: it is now easy to find all orders with shifts or periods in a specific status for a specific candidate. Say you would like to quickly find out if you offered a candidate enough options to be within the terms of the guaranteed salary. Then it is easy to combine this new filter with for example, "order created date" interval.

  • New Segment-filter in "Adjust recommendations" and Campaigns. If you already created segments on the candidate page, you can now use these segments directly when working with orders or adding recipients to campaigns.

  • Updated dropdown UX in the entire product.

and as always, several bug fixes and minor improvements have been released.
