How to use opportunities on candidates profile to send all relevant orders to a candidate easily

"Opportunities" is an optional method of sending out orders to individual candidates. Say you are on the phone with a candidate who is asking what orders you have available. Navigate to the candidate page, search for the candidate you are looking for, and open the candidate profile. Click the "Opportunities"-tab.

On this tab you will see all active orders that the candidate is matched in (reverse matched). Beware that the maximum is usually set to 30. You can easily select the shifts and periods you would like to send out, by clicking "Send to candidate" in the lower right corner. By using "Adjust recommendations" you can also filter the available selection down similar to what you can do in a specific order.

What orders will not show in opportunities:

  • Orders in closed (not active) status.

  • Expired orders where the last date of schedule is passed.

  • Incomplete orders where mandatory information is missing (customer, role, schedule etc).

  • Orders have already been sent to the candidate via regular order sending UI.

  • Orders with a schedule that the candidate is fully unavailable for (unavailable or already working).

  • Orders where the candidate doesn't match (mandatory skills that are not met, other roles requested than what the candidate has, blocked customers in ATS, missing from customer pool etc). Typically matching rules that exclude candidates if they don't meet the criteria (refer to your matching configuration to verify).

  • Orders where the candidate doesn't have a sufficient match to reach the limit set on your environment.

Shift and period icons

Each shift or period in the orders will show information on the specific candidate status if available:

Already working/overlapping shift/period.

Candidate has set themselves available.

Candidate has set themselves unavailable.

Candidate has unknown availability, but no conflicts.

Partial availability is not considered in the opportunities. All shifts can be sent to the candidate even if they are in conflict.
