Release Version 1.13 (30.05.2024)
π Exciting New Features and Improvements:
Flexibility in order verification and enhanced AI matching
Get instant candidate matching with our new enhanced AI matching and verification process! You can now receive candidate recommendations immediately, even before completing any verification of your ATS information (customer, department, role, location etc). In addition to our existing matching, we have added the option to match the entire candidate profile with every bit of detail on the order. You can verify and update information in several steps, including right before sending the order or even after it is sent, presented or approved. This improvement ensures you can move forward quickly, while still having the flexibility to fine-tune details at your convenience. There is no longer a need to wait for a customer that was missing in your ATS. With the improved matching and filters, you can get the order out to the candidates quickly. Get in touch with your customer success rep to activate this option.*
Extended candidate profiles
Unlock the full potential of your candidate data with our new extended candidate profiles feature. As part of the feature above, it is now also possible to activate extended candidate profiles in Globus (if supported in your integration). In addition to the data you are familiar with today on candidates, it is possible to show additional data from your ATS like notes, titles, descriptions, education, and previous work experience on the candidate card. This additional information is used for the enhanced AI matching. Get in touch with your customer success rep to activate the option to show this additional data on the candidate card.*

A fully redesigned sending interface
A brand new sending interface is now available in Globus. This includes a preview, that lets you see how the order looks for the candidates when they click the link. The preview will dynamically update if you make changes under "order details". It is also possible to do the verification of orders in the same view as sending under order details (but your selection of candidates to send to will be the same). The new UI also provides quick access to the order source (email) to make the verification easy. Choose "Order source" on the right-hand side to see the email and choose the correct customer, department, etc directly under "Order details".
Hide order details in sending to candidates
As part of the new sending UI, it is now possible to hide details of the order when sending to candidates. In cases where you don't want to share specific details with the candidate, like the customer name or specific location, click the eyes on each field to hide or show information. This helps ensure candidates only see the information they need, making the process clearer and more focused. This is also done under "Order details" and shown in the preview.
**BEWARE that if you hide the customer name, department, location etc. It will only be hidden in the candidate link and the standardized part of the emails. If you have parameters in the email subject or body text or in the sms to add customer name, department name etc, these need to be removed.
β
Examples of these are:
{OrderCustomerName}
{OrderDepartmentName}
{OrderLocationCity}
β
Improvements in the order interface

Release Version 1.12 (22.04.2024)
π Exciting New Features and Improvements:
Improved location matching
We've revamped the Globus Recommender to make it much smarter in using locations. Now, even if addresses, country, postal codes or postal locations are spelled differently or vary slightly, we can handle it thanks to the integration with Google Maps API and the improvements made in Globus.
A major new feature in the recommender is calculating the distance from a candidate's home to their potential workplace. This allows us to favor candidates who live closer, enhancing their chances of being matched with suitable orders. Plus, you'll see the distance in kilometers right in the candidate list, making it clear how far a customer is from the candidate's home adress.
Weβve also introduced a new way of matching candidates based on a "waterfall" logic, which considers both their home location and their preferred work locations, ensuring a more thoughtful and efficient matching process. We will now efficiently match a customer-specific address tied to an order with a candidate's preferred location specified on country, county, municipality or city level.
β
Both matching rules (home location and preferred location) can be separately configured.
β
Improved location filters
In addition to improvements in the recommender, we have also made several improvements to the filtering on locations. It is now possible to filter both candidates and orders by area and distance/radius utilizing the same waterfall logic. There are now two filters available on candidates, home location (where they live) and preferred location (where they want to work). These filters work a bit differently.
Home location: When using the Distance or Area filter for home location, all candidates with an address within the selected area or radius will show up in the list. It is possible to add the same filter twice, one to include and one to exclude for more detailed filtration. Example "show me all candidates living within 100 km of the Stockholm Central station, but exclude those that live in Huddinge Kommune". You can then first add the "positive" filter who you want to include:
βThen add the same filter again and choose "none of" for the areas to exclude:
β
Using this method it is possible to filter on most scenarios.
βPreferred location filters candidates on where they want to work. This data is fetched from the ATS system. Below is an example of three candidates with different preferred locations in Recman and how filtering on preferred locations on different levels will work. It is also possible to add the same rule again to exclude more detailed locations, similar to the example above.
πͺOther improvements:
Showing year for longer-term assignments in timeline view on candidates.
Improved performance in order search and filtering combination.
Week numbers are now available in the calendar in create order and order edit.
Manually closed orders will re-open if there is an update on email in the same thread.
Improvements in ATS connectors to clean up unused/removed values
Improvements in Webtemp registration
Warning on missing ressursnummer on customer contact
General improvements in registration workflow
