Create strategic email campaigns, attach relevant opportunities, and deliver them directly to candidates you find to be relevant recipients. Use the call-to-action button or link to a landing page on your own domain if you like. Below is a description of how to create a campaign in Globus.
Create a campaign
1. Click on Campaigns
Here you will find all existing campaigns.
2. In the top right corner click "+ New campaign"
3. Add the name of your campaign ex "Kampanje 1"
4. Choose who is set as responsible for the campaign (yourself or a colleague)
5. Select the relevant responsible from the drop-down
6. Then we choose the layout of the campaign. First, choose if you would like to include a cover image in the email (recommended).
7. Choose if you would like to attach opportunities (orders) to the campaign.
8. Customize what specific order details you would like to include
9. Choose if you want to include an Action button/CTA in the campaign
10. Define if you want the button to link to a URL (your own landing page) or a Success page generated by Globus.
11. The selection will present different options
12. If you select "URL"
13. Then add the specific link/URL to the field and choose the button text
14. To use the Globus success page, click on "Success page"
15. Choose the button text in the email
16. You can see the updated button text in the template on the right-hand side.
17. Click on Page title to set the header of the success page.
18. Click on Page subtitle to set the body text of the success page
We have then completed the template setup and can start adding the content of the email.
19. Click on "Add image" to choose the cover image of the email
20. The cover image will show directly after the upload. It can also be changed by removing it using the trashcan in the top right corner.
21. Click on Email subject to add text
22. By clicking on "Enhance", it is possible to use the model to write a subject based on the information added.
23. Choose between different prompts for some inspiration.
24. Click in the "Message"-text field to choose the body text to add to the email
25. Click on "Enhance" to get help in writing your email.
After adding the email's subject and body text, we can choose the opportunities/orders to add to the campaign.
26. Click on "Add opportunities"
27. Add the filters needed to find the opportunities/orders you would like to add—for example by role, location or other information and select all or some of the orders.
