It will take a bit of time until the statistics from the campaign is updated. So grab a coffee and check back in a bit later. From the campaigns menu, you can see all the launched campaigns and also the high-level results.


Click the specific campaign and select "Results" to see more details. The statistics will update over time.

Beware that not all email clients will report "open"-actions, so this metric will be lower than the actual open rates.


The results will update over time showing the percentage of engaged candidates.

To see engagement for specific recipients, click "Recipients".

Here it is possible to filter on specific actions for a specific campaign, making it easy to find who opened, clicked, unsubscribed etc.


By clicking on "Engaged" you can see all the recipients that clicked on the action button, a specific opportunity or a URL in the text.

If you would like to see what specific order the candidate clicked, click the name of the candidate and the Activity-tab.

By selecting the Engaged candidates (or candidates that opened or any other status) you can add a tag to be used in the next campaign. Or a hotlist for candidates that you should call.
