In this article, we will describe all available filters in Globus that can be used to find specific candidates. These filters help in organizing, managing, and identifying candidates based on various criteria.
The different filters have different options, ex. the possibility to choose filtering type:
For example, the "Activation date" filter helps to narrow down the list of candidates based on when they were activated (moved from Lead to Active). These are the available filtertypes of this filter:
In Range: You can specify a date range (From - Until) to display candidates who were activated within that specific timeframe.
Out of Range: This option lets you filter out candidates whose activation dates fall outside of a specified date range.
Empty: Selecting this option will display candidates who do not have an activation date specified.

Filter name | Functional description |
Activation date | This filter can be used to manage candidates based on their activation date. Activation date means the date the candidate profile type changed from "Lead" to "Active". You can specify a date range to show candidates activated within that period, exclude those whose activation dates fall within a certain range, or find candidates without an assigned activation date. This allows for streamlined management of candidates by focusing on specific activation timeframes.

Availability | This filter can be used to manage candidates based on their provided availability. You can specify a date range to show candidates who have provided availability within that period or find candidates who have not provided their availability. This helps in identifying candidates that you would need to remind to provide availability.
*at this time it is not possible to filter based on if the candidate set themselves available or unavailable. This filter is just used to find who have responded. More detailed availability filtering is on our roadmap. |
Campaign | This filter can be used to manage candidates based on campaign-related criteria. You can select specific campaign names and events from dropdown lists.
Additionally, you can specify a date range to show candidates involved in those campaigns and events within that period. This helps identify candidates associated with particular campaigns and events during specific timeframes. |
Communication preference / unsubscribe | This filter is used to manage candidates based on their email communication preferences/unsubscribe.
You can select specific preferences such as "Campaigns," "Opportunity notifications," and "Availability requests" from the dropdown list.
You can then filter candidates who have unsubscribed from any of these types of communication types, all of these communication types, or none of these communication types. This helps in identifying candidates based on their unsubscribe status. |
Customer pool | This filter can be used to manage candidates based on their association with customer pools. You can select specific customer pools from the dropdown list. On either customer level or on customer and department/project level. The filter allows you to:

Empty fields | This filter can be used to manage candidates based on whether certain fields are empty in their profiles. You can select specific fields, such as "Email" and "Mobile phone," from the dropdown list. The filter allows you to:

Join date | This filter can be used to manage candidates based on their join date. Join date is when the candidate first was imported to Globus. You can specify a date range to filter candidates who joined within that period, those who joined outside that period, or those who do not have a join date specified.
This helps in organizing and identifying candidates based on when they joined. |
Location | This filter can be used to manage candidates based on their home location with two options: distance and area.
These options help in identifying candidates who are either within a certain distance from a particular location or within a designated area, making it useful for targeting local candidates or those within commuting distance.

Preferred location | This filter can be used to manage candidates based on their preferred location (if support via integration) with two options: distance and area.

Profile type | This filter can be used to manage candidates based on their profile type. You can choose between two options:

Responsible user | This filter can be used to manage candidates based on the responsible user. You can select specific responsible users, such as "Staffing consultant," from the dropdown list. The filter allows you to:

Skills & Competencies | This filter can be used to manage candidates based on their skills and competencies, such as "Psykiatri."
You can show candidates with any, all, none, or empty skills fields to find those with specific qualifications.

You can select specific tags from the dropdown list to show candidates with any, all, none, or empty tag fields, helping you organize and identify candidates based on assigned tags. Tags are either imported via the integration (ATS tags) or manually created and managed in Globus (Internal tags). |
Work | This filter can be used to manage candidates based on their work status. You can specify a date range to show candidates who are busy during that period or find candidates who don't have any work.
This helps in identifying candidates based on their current employment status. If a candidate has one shift within the selected date range, they will appear as "has work". |
Work experience | This filter can be used to manage candidates based on their work experience with specific customers, departments, or projects. You can select specific entities from the dropdown list and choose options to:
