Release Version 1.17.1 (19.11.2024)

Key updates:

Improved availability filters

New filters let you:

  • View candidates’ availability or unavailability over a specific period.

  • See when candidates last updated their availability, so you can prompt updates from inactive candidates.

Better inbox control

Keep your inbox organized with these options:

  • Choose to keep links open or Close ('unpublish') links when closing orders. If you choose unpublish, the orders will no longer be visible in Customer and Candidate portals. Note that this option is only visible if you have shared (sent) the opportunities or orders to candidates.

  • Orders will automatically be closed after their schedule date.

  • You can now choose to Prevent closed orders from reopening when new emails arrive in the same email thread (configurable via Customer Success).

Cancellation notifications with previews

You now have more control over automated messages:

  • Preview and edit notifications sent to candidates when assignments are canceled or edited.

  • Ensure clear, intentional communication, reducing surprises for candidates.

Design and better use of the screen space

Refinements to screen utilization make the platform easier to use on smaller laptops and smaller screens.

Additional notification settings

Choose who gets notified on order and campaign updates:

  • You can choose if

    • only the recruiter(s) responsible for the respective candidates receive updates

    • only the recruiter(s) responsible for the order should receive updates

    • Or both candidate and order assignee can be notified for updates.


Smaller fixes and improvements

  • Enhancements to Campaigns 2.0 for improved user experience.

  • When you Present to Customer: customer email addresses is now automatically inserted, either from the selected contact person or the sender email address from parsing.

Updated candidate portal

Candidates can now request other opportunities if they don't have any jobs matching their preferences, and they can easily update their availability from their portal.

  • Text styling & formatting: Craft beautifully styled messages with customizable text styles, colors, and formatting options. You can also add links and display with custom text.

  • Save drafts & duplicate campaigns: Easily save drafts and duplicate existing campaigns to speed up your workflow.

  • Campaign creation from orders page: Initiate campaigns directly from the Orders page, streamlining your process.

  • Easy to add the personal touch with parameter personalization: Choose from the parameter menu and personalize by using candidate first name in messages etc

  • Candidate action buttons: Empower candidates with a "Request more jobs" button, allowing them to signal interest in additional roles.



Platform-wide improvements

Globus Portal and order management enhancements

  • Improved order autofill & notifications: Benefit from better autofill options when creating new orders, plus receive notifications to your chosen email when customers create new orders through the portal. Tell your Customer success responsible if you want to add an email address for notifications on new orders from Customers!

  • Enhanced customer portal privacy: Hide ATS details from the customer role for a more streamlined and secure view.

Notify a specific email address on all new orders created by Customers in the Portal:

New version of LLM-based Email Parsing has been released.

  • Improved understanding of email orders: Now it will better understand how many orders are in the email, and avoid creating unnecessary duplicates. It will understand email contents better, and correctly split it into new orders if multiple roles are requested.

Activity log and role-based enhancements

  • Enhanced activity log: Monitor platform activities more precisely with improvements to activity logging.

  • Customer role filters: Filter by Customer Pool for refined views and easier access to relevant candidates.

Improved candidate & customer interaction

  • Display notes on candidate profiles: Customer users can now see relevant notes directly on candidate profiles, enhancing collaboration.

  • Notifications for candidate & order responsibility: Option to notify only the responsible recruiter for a candidate, rather than just order assignees. (Configuration required via Globus.ai Customer Success).

Security & configuration adjustments

  • Remove SMS verification for customer users: Simplify login for customer users by removing the SMS verification step.

  • Custom invoice options: Create separate invoices in Recman when registering orders, configurable through Globus.ai Customer Success.

Release Version 1.16.1 (10.10.2024)

Detailed availability

We are excited to announce the launch of the improved availability feature. If you work with different types of shifts, it is now possible for the user and the candidates to add detailed availability with start and end-time. Even adding multiple slots per day is possible. This will make it easier to separate candidates working day, evening, and night in the matching and reduce the number of sending.


Key features:

  • Add available or unavailable time slots, candidates or users can now add up to three slots per day with availability.

  • Improved availability matching for multiple shift types - using detailed availability, its now easier to exclude night shift workers from daytime shifts matching and vice versa.

  • New calendar design - improved calendar overview combining work and availability.

Action-buttons in details-panel

We have added relevant action buttons to the details panel in the orders list to make performing the actions you want quicker. Click the "Details"-button on the order to show the detail-panel and available actions.

Internal Comment in Recman

We have now added support for transferring Internal Note (Internt notat) to Recman during registration. The "Description" field in registration will be auto-populated by Internal Comment on order in Globus. The field can also be edited or filled manually during registration.
