Why didn't my credit apply at checkout?

Common hiccups include:

  1. Using a different email address than your GLO+ account.

  2. Your phone number isn't saved (so the login code can't reach you).

  3. You’re using Shop Pay (which sometimes blocks the credit pop-up). We can fix this! If you already ordered, send us your Order # within 7 days for a retroactive refund.
