Seeing "Label Created" or no movement for a few days can be stressful, but usually, it's just the carrier catching up!
Less than 5 business days: This is totally normal.
5–10 business days: Give it just a little more time; sometimes scans are delayed.
10+ business days: If there is zero movement after 10 days, reach out to us! We’ll investigate and, if it's lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement right away.
