Option 1

Select the element you want to resize. Click on the corner handles on either of the 4 sides of the element and drag it to upscale or downscale it to your preference.

Select the element you want to resize. On the right panel, an "Edit Settings" option will appear. Under the "Position & Size" section, you will find various tools to scale the photo
