Head to the main navigation in the Glu admin area and click on 'Settings' to get started.
You'll find a grid of settings - just look for Stores and head there. You can either click directly on the grid or navigate through the list items in the main menu.
Scroll down to the Gift Card Default section, where you can set default validity, terms & conditions, and redeem code patterns for new gift cards - saving you time and keeping things consistent.
Redeem code pattern
The code pattern determines the length and format of your codes. You can use the following characters:
A – Random letter
N – Random number
X – Random letter or number
Customise your defaults and make gift card setup a breeze.
Validity periods
Select the validity period and length to set your desired validity period.
To make your vouchers valid from a specified period, simply check the “Has valid from period” box.
Additional validity fields will appear - simply select the valid from period. Then, just set your Valid from Length.
Terms and conditions
Just enter your terms and conditions in the form field, and they’ll automatically appear on all gift cards by default - making setup quick and easy.
Click Save - and you're done.
