Creating process reports

A process report can consist of three main elements:

  • Process map - a visualisation of your flow

  • Responsibilities - shows who the owner, editors and role members are

  • Activity details - the different activities in the process, the outcome and the work instructions

To download your process map report go to your process and click on 'PDF report' above the process map.

A customization menu will open up. Here, you can select which elements you want in your process map report. You can also arrange the order of the different elements by dragging and dropping with the six dots on the left.

When you are done with selecting and ordering report sections, click on print. The report will automatically download.

The process report

The report is sectioned based on your previous selection. The bottom of the document shows when this report was created and by who.

Protip: The report includes QR codes for the process map and each activity, so you can quickly access the relevant pages in Gluu.

Creating activity reports

An activity report consists of the activity name, the outcome and the work instructions. It can be created from the activity page (work instructions) by clicking on 'PDF report'.

At the bottom of each activity report, you can see when and who created it. The report also contains a QR code, so you can quickly access the activity page in Gluu.
