This article will show you how to use process and activity links to create a process overview and show how all your processes are related. This lets you create a special view of processes to supplement your process hierarchy without interfering with ownerships and rights to manage specific processes. How to create a new process overview

(you need rights to 'Manage all processes')

  1. Go to your accounts 'Processes' page.

  2. Select the category and group where you want to add an overview.

  3. Create a new process and name it e.g. 'Marketing overview'

  4. Now start drawing the flow where you use only the process link shape as described in this article.

  5. Use arrows to show how processes are linked to end-to-end flows.

Your process overview can now be used to present relationships and to ensure that all processes support your overall company objectives.
