View your account's audit trail (audit log)

See all your account's activity in chronological order to find out exactly what has happened in relation to an incident.

An audit trail (also called audit log) is a security-relevant chronological record, set of records, and/or destination and source of records that provide documentary evidence of the sequence of activities that have affected at any time a specific operation, procedure, or event.

With Gluu's audit trail you can view all the activities in your account and sort by time or topic:

How to use it

(You need to be the Account Administrator (Account Owner) in order to view the audit trail)

  1. Go to 'Manage account' > 'Audit Trail'

  2. Set a specific time period (where you have had a possible incident)

  3. Browser the events to find what you're looking for. 

You can also:

  • Export the selected time period to CSV or JSON file by clicking on 'download'

  • Filter data by user, target, action or description:
