How to Use Glyph Automation
Custom automation allows users to build transcription and extraction workflows for repetitive tasks.
Go to "Create Automation"
Navigate to the "Create Automation" section in Glyph.
Create a Project
Set up a project, for example, "Customer Complaints from Support Calls."
Add a Workflow Block
Once in the project, click "Add Workflow" to create a new block.
Command AI for Extraction
After creating the block, command the AI to extract specific information. For
example, write a prompt like:
"Extract customer complaints from the sales call in bullet points."
Repeat for Additional Extracts
Continue to repeat step 4 for any other text you wish to extract.
Run and Drop Files
Once you've set up all the commands, go to the "Run" section and drop your files.
Automatic Transcription and Categorization
The AI will automatically transcribe and categorize the text accordingly, speeding up your data analysis process.
