If I have a Start / Boost plan, what do the new Electra+ offers Essential / Smart change for me?

❓I am a Start or a Boost subscriber, what happens with the new Essential / Smart offers?

Start and Boost plans remain active until canceled, regardless of any dynamic pricing. For instance, a previously subscribed Boost plan in France still grants a flat rate of 0.29€/kWh.

However, the Smart plan grants a lower fee (4.99€/ month) and a lower kWh price during off-peak hours. To benefit from the new plan, it’s possible to switch directly from the application on Electra+ > Discover the Smart offer or Discover the Essential offer.

Please note that upon cancellation, the monthly subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. For annual subscriptions, it will remain active until the end of the current subscription year.
